Privacy policy

DRAFT for preview. Needs legal review before launch.

To check whether you can switch, we use only the ZIP code (and optional usage) you enter. That check runs in your browser and against our eligibility API. We do not ask for your name, phone, email, Social Security number, date of birth, or card number on this site.

Partner (BOX) lead handoff is not enabled. Until a destination is configured, this site does not collect contact details that would go nowhere. Sensitive enrollment data is collected only on an authorized BOX or retail-provider flow, not here.

A Meta pixel is not loaded unless a pixel ID is configured. None is configured.

We do not sell personal information. Questions: contact details TODO.

This website is published under the Honest Power Co brand. A legal entity for Honest Power Co is pending formation; this draft does not claim that Honest Power Co, LLC exists or that a PUCT broker registration has been issued.
